Jaisalmer Weather in August Month

Jaisalmer remains monsoon from the month of July and till September, in which there is a slight change in temperature due to rain. If you want to enjoy the rain, then the month of August is a good time to visit Jaisalmer. The temperature in August month may sometime drop down considerably and it can vary between 25oc in nights and 35oc during days. Sun hardly shows its presence and sometimes when rays come from dispersing clouds. 

Some famous lakes and gardens of Rajasthan are Bada Bagh which is located 3 km from Jaisalmer, Bada Bagh is a fruitful oasis in the attractive backdrop of a pretty rain fed lake and a dam in the middle of the plateau. Jaisalmer is about massive hill forts, gleaming palaces, marvelous temples & religious places, museums, art galleries and vibrant bazaars, this is the main attraction. Some places are missed due to peak tourist season. During monsoon, you can roam all those places very well. The rain changes the dry landscape of Jaisalmer, and adds to the charm of a beautiful and greenery all around.  You can also enjoy the festivals at that time. The temperatures drop across the state when it rains; but the temperature of Jaisalmer mostly high.
