Jaipur Weather in August Month

It is very hot in Jaipur, whereas it is very cold here. The monsoon is also good here. Jaipur remains monsoon from the month of July and till September, in which there is a slight change in temperature due to rain. If you want to enjoy the rain, then the month of August is a good time to visit Jaipur. The temperature in August month may sometime drop down considerably and it can vary between 25oc in nights and 32oc during days. There is a monsoon season in August, but still the relief from the heat is very less here. In a good season there is abundant, but not constant, rainfall and temperatures are quite low. Sun hardly shows its presence and sometimes when rays come from dispersing clouds.

Monsoon is the best time to visit some other popular attractions, like Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Govind Devji’s Temple, BM Birla Planetarium, Amer Fort, Jaigad Fort etc. Some places are missed due to peak tourist season. During monsoon, you can roam all those places very well. The rain changes the dry landscape of Jaipur, and adds to the charm of a beautiful and greenery all around.  You can also enjoy the festivals at that time.
